<p>The Blood Donation Camp organized by AEC (AQLEH Engineering Consultant), Wade Adams, Al Marwan General Contracting &amp; Nakheel Health, Safety, Sustainability and Environment department on 25 August 2016 at Deira Islands, was a great success.</p><p>The event held in association with Dubai Blood Donation Center (DBDC) of the Dubai Health Authority, drew more than 100 blood donors. Dubai Health Authority thanked the organizing committee of the event and making an invaluable contribution to saving lives. Each unit of blood donated could save up to three lives.</p><p>The initiative with UAE’s major blood bank underlines the importance of safe blood donation and is part of Nakheel’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility activities.</p>
