<p>Jumeirah Central Development is located in Safouh First Community opposite to Emirates Mall and covers an area of 160 ha. The development will create a new international mixed used district in Dubai comprising residential, hotels, offices, retail, hospitals, schools and leisure, and entertainment. AEC was commissioned to provide the following key services for Phase One of Jumeirah Central.<br />

<li>Detailed Design of Pedestrian Underpass.</li>
<li>Building Permits & Design NOCs from the relevant authorities.</li>
<li>Cost Consultancy and Tendering Services.</li>
