<p>The proposed 2,000 ha development includes the development of several man-made islands off the coast of Jumeirah in Dubai to cater for a population of 50,000 to 60,000 residents. AEC was commissioned to undertake the conceptual design, access strategy, and connection of the islands to the mainland.<br />
