<p>Meydan Gated Community is.built over 51 ha and will accommodate luxury villas and townhouses. The gated community occupies the southern extension of the Meydan Development Master Plan Area next to the Grandstand. AEC was commissioned to provide the following key services:<br />

<li>Detailed Design for Road Networks and Utilities including Sewage, Drainage, Water & Irrigation, Firefighting, Electrical, Street Lighting and Telecommunication Networks.</li>
<li>Detailed Design of Utility Building, lifting stations, pumping station and storage tanks.</li>
<li>Building permits, DEWA Electricity approval and Design NOCs from all relevant authorities.</li>
<li>Cost Consultancy and Tendering Services.</li>
<li>Construction Supervision.<br />
