<p>Meydan Racecourse Villas is located along Nad Al Sheba Road within the Meydan Development. It is a gated community of total area 35 ha and includes residential villas and a central water body. AEC was commissioned to carry out the following key services.<br />
</p>
<p><strong>Key Services :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Master Plan Evaluation.</li>
<li>Detailed Design for Road Networks and Utilities including Sewerage, Drainage, Water & Irrigation Works, Firefighting, Electrical, Street Lighting and Telecommunication Networks.</li>
<li>Detailed Design of Utility Building, lifting stations, pumping stations and storage tanks.</li>
<li>Building permits, DEWA Electricity approval and Design NOCs from all relevant authorities.</li>
<li>Construction Supervision.<br />
